Antique Vintage Green Stone Eyeball Eye Unique Cuff links Cufflinks

I’ve never seen such a unique pair of cuff links before. They are definitely vintage and I think they might even be antique. They look like green eyes /eyeballs with painted enamel details (lashes?). The metal looks like pot metal on the decorative part, and the other side of the cuff links look brass. They are in fair to good antique preowned condition.
